Common questions
Do I need a license key?
Apps purchased through the Mac App Store do not require a license key — your App Store account is your license. Sign in with the same Apple ID used to purchase and you can install on any Mac you own.
The app won't open — what should I try?
First, check that your Mac meets the minimum macOS version. If the app is blocked, try right-clicking the icon and choosing Open, or check System Settings → Privacy & Security. If that doesn't work, email us with your macOS version and a description of what happens.
Can I install on multiple Macs?
Apps purchased through the Mac App Store can be installed on any Mac signed into the same Apple ID, subject to Apple's standard terms.
Do the apps work offline?
Yes — completely. All of our Mac apps are designed to run entirely without an internet connection.
